What can I expect?
UNDERSTANDING VIRTUAL THERAPY
Virtual therapy can make it easier to get support in a way that fits into your actual life. I offer virtual therapy throughout Oregon, including individual therapy, couples therapy, and sex therapy. Whether you are navigating desire, intimacy, communication, identity, body image, relationship concerns, or something that feels difficult to name, online therapy provides a private space to slow down and explore what is happening beneath the surface.
For some people, there is something comforting about being in your own space during therapy. You may feel more at ease talking about sex, sexuality, or relationship concerns from home, without the added pressure of walking into a therapist's office. Virtual sessions can also make therapy more accessible when distance, travel, work schedules, or other parts of life make in-person appointments difficult.
While it can be intimidating to start therapy online through a screen, many people find that virtual therapy makes it easier to fit therapy into their lives. If you're looking for online therapy in Oregon, I offer telehealth sessions for individuals and couples throughout the state.
As a sex therapist and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Oregon, I work with individuals and couples throughout the state through secure telehealth sessions. We can use virtual therapy to explore sexual concerns, mismatched desire, painful sex, emotional disconnection, communication patterns, relationship transitions, non-monogamy, LGBTQIA+ identity and relationships, and the many other experiences that can shape how you relate to yourself and the people you love.
